Welcome to Plan Pull. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Plan Pull (the “Service”), operated by Wolf AI, Inc (“Wolf AI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What you can do with Plan Pull
Plan Pull reads construction plans and generates takeoffs, material lists, pricing estimates, and client proposals. You can use the Service for any legitimate construction-related purpose — bidding on jobs, ordering materials, sending proposals to clients, coordinating subcontractors.
Your account
You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree not to share your account with others — each user needs their own account (Studio plans include multi-seat for legitimate teams).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload plans you don’t have the right to use
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying models
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent bids or misrepresent costs to clients
- Resell takeoffs, proposals, or Service output as your own product
- Use the Service to harass others or violate the law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users’ access
Subscription, billing, cancellation
Plan Pull offers a free tier (1 takeoff + 1 proposal lifetime) and paid plans (Solo, Pro, Studio). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in U.S. dollars, via Stripe.
- Cancel anytime from your account settings — no contracts, no setup fees
- Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Annual plans: pre-paid and non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of your prepaid year
- Refunds: if Plan Pull’s output is materially wrong on a takeoff, we’ll refund that takeoff. Email hello@planpull.ai
- Price changes: we may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Existing annual plans are honored at their original price through the end of the prepaid period
Accuracy disclaimer
Plan Pull uses AI to read your plans and produce estimates. We work hard to make these accurate, but you are responsible for verifying every takeoff before bidding, ordering, or sending a proposal to a client. The Service is a tool to accelerate your workflow, not a replacement for professional judgment.
Pricing data is derived from public distributor catalogs, refreshed weekly. Real-world prices vary by negotiation, account standing, regional supply, and date. Treat the Low/Mid/High range as a guide, not a guarantee.
Your content
You retain all rights to plans, documents, and information you upload. By using the Service, you grant Wolf AI a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell to third parties, or use for any purpose other than operating Plan Pull on your behalf.
Our content
The Service interface, design, code, and underlying technology are the property of Wolf AI. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is in good standing. Output you generate (takeoffs, proposals, scope sheets) belongs to you, but the templates and design system used to render them remain ours.
White-label proposals
Pro and Studio plans include white-label proposals — you may rebrand the output with your logo, colors, and company information for client delivery. The underlying Plan Pull design, layout, and template structure may not be modified. By generating a white-label proposal, you confirm you have the right to use any logo or imagery you upload.
Limitation of liability
Plan Pull is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf AI’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost bids, or business interruption.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice except in cases of active abuse or legal requirement. On termination, your access ends but your data deletion follows the timeline in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
